George PARTHIMOS
MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

George has over 20 years of ICT experience predominately in the Internet, infrastructure and portfolio management areas and has previously spent over 10 years working for the Telstra Corporation (Australia's largest telecommunications company) where he has specialised in developing Internet and emerging multimedia products and services. Certain key milestones include the deployment of Telstra's broadband Internet products in 1997, and the development of an e-Commerce online payment system in 1998. In the 2000, George took on the role of Broadband Infrastructure Program Manager, where he coordinated an aggregated portfolio of Internet infrastructure renewal projects valued at over AU$80 Million annually.

George has held management positions in the telecommunications, technology, banking & Finance, and Government sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Computing) Degree, a Graduate Certificate of Management, and is a certified PRINCE2 project management practitioner. George was recognised by Bulletin Magazine as a member of their 2007 "Smart 100" list, which highlights the 100 brightest individuals in Australia.

Leo ATHANASAKIS
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Leo brings to the board 20 years of financial experience specifically in the areas of management accounting, taxation and financial planning. Leo has spent 3 years with KPMG in their audit division working with some of the largest and most prestigious publicly listed companies in Australia and has since went on to specialize in taxation and financial planning. Leo has established and is currently operating a very successful boutique accounting and financial services business.

Leo holds a double-degree in Commerce and Economics, is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), and is a recognized Professional Financial Planner from the Society of CPA's

Graeme ROBINSON
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Graeme is a senior software development and management executive with in excess of thirty years experience in a range of companies operating successfully in international markets.

He recently left a long career within the financial services sector (insurance) where he held senior management and board level positions. With well-developed marketing and management skills, Graeme has a proven capability to build and lead effective teams.

Graeme has experience in general operations, hands-on software development, software development leadership & design, systems architecture, technical consulting, quality management, international sales & speaking, general management, financial management, corporate governance, company secretarial responsibilities, and directorships.
